These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Peterson Team LLC, doing business as The Peterson Team ("we," "us," or "our"), a real estate team affiliated with Keller Williams Realty.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our website or in our website chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from Peterson Team LLC at the number provided.
You must be at least 18 years of age to provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from us. By checking a consent box, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority to consent for, the mobile number you provided. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from, or send text messages to, anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected a number belonging to someone under 18, we will delete it and remove that number from all messaging.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, listing any property, or receiving any service from us. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and you may submit our forms without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and where you are in a transaction. Conversational messages are sent as needed in reply to you; marketing messages are generally sent no more than four times per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Text STOP to (916) 500-4410, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us, to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing James.Peterson@kw.com or calling (916) 500-4410.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through this program.
Your mobile number and consent record are used only to communicate with you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party other than the messaging service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf. We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
