These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sellwithpeterson.com (the "Site") and the communications you receive from Peterson Team LLC, doing business as The Peterson Team ("we," "us," or "our"), a real estate team affiliated with Keller Williams Realty. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a form or consent to receive text messages from us. By submitting your information, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority to consent for, the mobile number you provide. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The Site describes our real estate services and lets you request a consultation. Any value ranges, net-proceeds estimates, timelines, or case studies shown are illustrative, depend on facts specific to each property, and are not an appraisal, a guarantee of price or results, or a promise of any particular outcome. Past results do not predict future results.
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult your own attorney, CPA, or financial advisor before acting on anything you read here. No agency or representation relationship is created until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
When you submit a form, you authorize us to contact you by phone, email, and — if you check the SMS box — text message, about your inquiry. You agree the information you provide is accurate and is yours to give. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of buying or selling a property or receiving any service from us.
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Peterson Team LLC at that number.
Reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to (916) 500-4410, to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing James.Peterson@kw.com or calling (916) 500-4410. To rejoin, reply START or submit a new request through the Site.
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may still receive service-related messages about an active inquiry or transaction.

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and are not responsible for the content of messages sent through this program.
Your mobile number and consent record are used only to communicate with you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party other than the messaging service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf. The Site's text, images, graphics, and layout are owned by Peterson Team LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without our written consent.
We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and California fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income, or any other protected characteristic.
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peterson Team LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from reliance on information presented on it.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
