The Experience

James has been licensed since January 2004, starting his career in Cupertino — one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country. That pressure-cooker environment forged a disciplined, results-driven approach that still defines how we work today.

The Drive

Determined to become an investor, James found a way to buy multiple properties in his 20s — self-rehabs, house-hacks, and value-add deals. Living it firsthand is what turned a career into a genuine passion for helping others build wealth and security through real estate.

James earned his broker's license in 2007 and went on to run a boutique brokerage — all before turning 30.
